Hi! This is Mitch. I am a writer in Toronto, and I built this website to share some of my work with the world.

I want to build a long-term partnership with a Canadian digital artist or graphic designer who can create minimalist line drawings to accompany written content on my blog. Here’s what I am thinking:

• You will be required to create approximately 1-4 minimalist line drawings every 1-3 months for mitchellharris.ca.
• The first of these drawings will be the cover image, consisting of a white (#ffffff) line on a red (#f11837) square background. The latter drawings, if required, will be images in the body of the text, consisting of a red (#f11837) line on a white or transparent background without fixed dimensions.
• Compensation offered: $30 CAD per drawing. Depending on what is required for the blog on a month-to-month basis, real monthly compensation will range from a low of $10 to a high of $120.*
• Candidates should be available/interested in long-term collaboration (>1 year) to help maintain aesthetic continuity of mitchellharris.ca.

*A low of $10 is calculated by assuming a minimum workload of one drawing over a three month period ($30/3=$10). A high of $100 is calculated by assuming a maximum workload of four drawings in a single month ($25×4=$100).

Ideally, I want to support an emerging artist who is looking for recurring gigs to financially support their own art career.
